16K dental production platform for larger, repeatable batches
PioNext Ultra is a high-throughput professional dental resin 3D printer for laboratories that need larger batches and repeatable fine-detail output. Its 16K imaging system, 14 × 19 μm pixel size and 211.68 × 118.37 × 100 mm build volume provide substantially more production capacity than a compact chairside platform.
A heated chamber up to 35°C supports material consistency, while dual linear guide rails and a ball-screw Z-axis provide stable motion for densely nested jobs. Factory pre-leveling, a quick-release vat, USB and Wi-Fi transfer, and the optional automatic feed unit are designed around regular production use.
PioNext Ultra requires external washing and UV post-curing. ADDITORYX can configure a complete production cell with compatible PioCreat resins, CD-X3 cleaning, UV02 curing and application guidance based on your batch size and turnaround target.

Production workflow

Ultra is part of a controlled system. Consistent files, resin temperature, washing and curing are essential to production performance.
Prepare and nest
Prepare the file in PioCreat BOX or CHITUBOX Dental and select the validated profile for the chosen resin.
Control the material
Confirm resin condition, vat setup and the appropriate chamber temperature before starting the batch.
Run the production batch
Transfer jobs by USB or Wi-Fi and use the optional feed unit only where it is compatible with the material.
Wash, cure and inspect
Use external washing and UV curing equipment with the resin-specific parameters, then inspect every finished batch.
