Compact 9K dental printing with integrated post-curing
PioNext Mini is a compact professional dental resin 3D printing system for clinics, chairside teams and smaller laboratories. A 9K monochrome LCD with 18 μm pixels supports detailed models, guides and restorative workflows within an 80 × 70 × 80 mm build volume.
The system combines 385 nm and 405 nm printing with a built-in 405 nm post-curing chamber. Dual resin vats, chamber heating up to 35°C, USB and Wi-Fi transfer, and support for PioCreat BOX and CHITUBOX Dental help keep short-run production organized without requiring a large equipment footprint.
Washing remains a separate controlled step. ADDITORYX can configure Mini with compatible PioCreat resins, washing guidance, spare vats and application support according to your intended dental workflow.

Complete workflow
Four controlled steps from file to finished part
Equipment capability is only one part of repeatable dental production. Resin selection, washing and curing must follow the material documentation.
Prepare the file
Use PioCreat BOX or CHITUBOX Dental, select the validated resin profile and prepare supports for the application.
Print consistently
Load the correct vat, confirm resin condition and temperature, then transfer the job by USB or Wi-Fi.
Wash externally
Clean parts using the material-specific solvent, time and handling procedure. External washing equipment is required.
Cure in the integrated chamber
Complete the validated 405 nm post-curing cycle inside Mini, then inspect the finished part before use.
