360° cleaning
Deep cleaning for complex geometry
High-frequency ultrasonic energy reaches recessed surfaces and detailed model geometry without relying on direct mechanical contact.
Professional ultrasonic cleaning
Professional 40 kHz ultrasonic cleaning for dental resin workflows
CD-X3 is a professional ultrasonic cleaning system for resin 3D printed dental parts. Its 40 kHz ultrasonic process reaches detailed geometry without direct mechanical scrubbing, while degas, normal, pulse and automatic modes support different cleaning requirements.
The SUS304 stainless-steel tank measures 240 × 135 × 100 mm. With 120 W ultrasonic power, 100 W heating power and continuous operation of up to 480 minutes, CD-X3 is designed for repeated laboratory post-processing cycles between printing and final UV curing.
Cleaning liquid, time and temperature must be selected according to the resin documentation. ADDITORYX can configure CD-X3 with PioNext printers, compatible PioCreat materials and UV02 curing as a complete workflow.

Why CD-X3
CD-X3 is designed as the washing stage between printing and final UV curing for professional dental resin production.

360° cleaning
High-frequency ultrasonic energy reaches recessed surfaces and detailed model geometry without relying on direct mechanical contact.

Up to 480 minutes
Continuous operating time supports repeated laboratory cleaning cycles and production-oriented post-processing schedules.

SUS304
The corrosion-resistant SUS304 tank is designed for regular professional use and straightforward routine cleaning.

One-button AUTO
Automatic ultrasonic cleaning, degas, normal and pulse modes provide practical control for different cleaning requirements.

Degas mode
The deoxygenation process reduces dissolved gas in the cleaning liquid so ultrasonic cavitation can act more consistently.
Non-contact process
Controlled ultrasonic cleaning can remove uncured resin from complex parts while limiting unnecessary manual contact with delicate structures.
Post-processing workflow
Cleaning parameters depend on the selected resin. Always follow the current IFU or technical documentation.
Select the liquid, concentration and temperature required by the resin documentation and workplace safety procedure.
Drain excess resin and place parts in the basket without crowding or allowing delicate surfaces to contact the tank.
Select the appropriate time, temperature and cleaning mode for the material and part geometry.
Remove residual liquid, allow the part to dry completely, inspect the surface and proceed to the specified UV02 curing cycle.
Technical data
Review tank capacity, installation space and cleaning-process requirements before configuring the washing station.
Frequently asked questions
Contact ADDITORYX for equipment matching and resin-specific process guidance.
CD-X3 is an ultrasonic washing unit for cleaning uncured resin and process residue from compatible resin 3D printed parts before final post-curing.
Use only the liquid and concentration specified for the selected resin, together with the applicable safety and disposal procedure.
No. CD-X3 performs washing. Final UV post-curing is a separate step; UV02 can be configured for compatible dental resin workflows.
No. Time, temperature, liquid and handling requirements vary by material and part geometry. Follow the current resin documentation.
