1–5 minutes
Fast curing for dental production
Controlled UV exposure completes post-curing quickly for compatible professional dental resins and helps reduce delays between printing and finishing.
Professional dental post-curing
Selectable three-wavelength UV curing for professional dental resins
UV02 is a professional dental post-curing system designed to complete compatible resin workflows with controlled UV exposure. Selectable 365 nm, 385 nm and 405 nm wavelengths, adjustable 5–100% light intensity and programmable time make it possible to match the curing cycle to the selected material.
The Ø180 × 120 mm curing area supports dental models, surgical guides, temporary restorations, removable prosthetics and other compatible printed parts. Presets and up to eight stored curing data groups simplify repeatable daily production, while fast cycles can complete compatible workflows in approximately 1–5 minutes.
Final curing settings must follow the current resin IFU or technical documentation. ADDITORYX can configure UV02 with CD-X3 washing, PioNext printers and compatible PioCreat dental resins.

Why UV02
UV02 provides adjustable wavelength, intensity and time so the post-curing step can be matched to the selected resin instead of treated as a generic exposure.

1–5 minutes
Controlled UV exposure completes post-curing quickly for compatible professional dental resins and helps reduce delays between printing and finishing.

5–100%
Set output intensity to match the selected resin's validated curing requirements instead of applying one fixed exposure level to every material.

365 / 385 / 405 nm
Multiple wavelength configurations support a wider range of compatible resin systems and application requirements.

Uniform exposure
Light distribution around the chamber supports consistent exposure across the printed part when the load is positioned correctly.

8 data groups
Store up to eight curing data groups for repeatable daily production and quick selection of established material programs.
Touch control
The touch interface provides direct control of wavelength, intensity and curing time for both preset and custom workflows.
Applications
The correct curing program depends on the resin and intended application. Confirm the current IFU before production use.
Denture workflow
Complete validated post-curing for compatible try-in, denture-base and gingiva materials.
Guided dentistry
Use the material-specific wavelength, intensity and time defined by the current guide-resin documentation.
Restorative
Support temporary restoration, removable die, casting and dental model workflows with controlled final curing.
Post-curing workflow
Final material properties depend on correct washing, drying and post-curing—not curing time alone.
Use CD-X3 or the specified cleaning process to remove uncured resin according to the material documentation.
Allow the part to dry completely and confirm that no cleaning liquid or uncured resin remains on the surface.
Choose the specified wavelength, intensity and time, or recall a validated stored profile.
Position parts for even exposure, complete the cycle and inspect the result before downstream finishing or use.
Technical data
Review curing capacity, wavelength requirements and electrical installation before configuring the station.
Frequently asked questions
Contact ADDITORYX when you need current resin-specific curing guidance or controlled documents.
Post-curing completes the material's controlled UV exposure after printing and washing so the part can achieve the intended properties defined by the resin workflow.
No. Wavelength, intensity and time must match the selected resin's current documentation and intended application.
PioCreat states that compatible professional dental resin workflows can typically cure in 1–5 minutes. The actual validated cycle depends on the material and part.
Yes. UV02 supports presets and storage of up to eight curing data groups for repeatable workflows.
Yes. Complete the specified washing process and allow the part to dry fully before placing it in the curing chamber.
